a. The Promotion starts at 00:00hr on 11th January 2023 and closes at 23:59hr on 17th February 2023.

b. The Promotion is open to all individual legal residents of Malaysia aged 18 years old and above as at the start of the Promotion Period.

c. Purchase a minimum of RM99 worth of Veri Natural products in a single receipt from Veri Natural’s official website between 11th January 2023 to 17th February 2023.

d. All purchases made between 11th January 2023 to 17th February 2023 will be considered as auto entry.

e. Each successful order made is considered as one entry.

f. Each qualified entry will be based on the order number (Veri Natural official website and Veri Natural official TikTok page).

g. Entry will be x 2 if requirements below are being fulfilled.
i. Early Entry - The first 200 entries
ii. Repost - Repost any of our announcement campaign postings on your Instagram. Make sure your Instagram is public and to include #SmellGoodToWin.
iii. Happy Hour - Any purchases made during the TikTok live at Veri Natural’s official TikTok page @veri.natural (Date and time will be updated in Veri Natural’s official social media) Veri Natural has the right to verify above matters to award the x 2 bonus.

h. All qualified entries will be subjected to a random computerized selection process to shortlist 1 Grand Prize, 4 Special Prizes (“Shortlisted Participant”) and Consolation Prizes (“Directly Award”).

i. Shortlisted Participants will be contacted via telephone on best effort basis with maximum of three (3) attempts. In the event a Shortlisted Participant is not contactable after the 3rd call attempt, the next Shortlisted Participant will then be contacted (except for Directly Award Winners).

j. The random computerized selection process and winner announcement will be done on the 24th February 2023.

k. Phone number will be based on the registered phone number in Veri Natural’s official website and TikTok page.

l. Prize will be delivered to the address provided by the Participant. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide a correct and valid address.

m. Veri Natural shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prizes during the delivery process.

n. Winners can opt to self pick up the prizes at Veri Natural HQ office.

o. Participant may win a maximum of only ONE (1) prize throughout the Contest Period.

p. Participant may submit as many entries as they wish but each entry must be supported with all the terms and conditions mentioned above.

r. The Participant’s participation in the Campaign shall be at the Participant’s own risk.

s. The Company, Veri Group Sdn Bhd, its, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to any Participant in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Participant in the Campaign, as well as the redemption and/or utilization of any Prize won.

t. The Participant agrees that all intellectual property rights in any contents and/or materials submitted, made or created by the Participant in connection with the Campaign and any derivative works arising therefrom will perpetually and unconditionally be vested in, assigned to and owned by the Company. The Company has the right to use and modify such materials or works in any way it deems fit without compensation to the Participant and the Participant waives all rights he or she may have in such materials or works.

u. The Company may use a Participant’s entry including without limitation, photos, drawings, text, and any other content or information submitted for purposes of the Campaign (collectively the “Materials”), and the Participant’s name, and/or likeness, for advertising, publicity and promotion of any goods or services of the Company, for an unlimited time throughout the world without compensation, and in any media. The Participant shall do all things necessary to give effect to this if requested by the Company.

v. Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Company.

w.  By participating in the Campaign, you consent for  Veri Group Sdn. Bhd. to process your personal information provided for purposes of the Campaign. This includes disclosing your name to the general public when you become a winner in a contest or participate in our events by publishing your name, photographs and other personal information without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.

x. Veri Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Contest Rules, including to change the Contest Period, make prize substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend any prize or Contest in whole or in part.
