1.1. The “BUY MIN 2 VERI NATURAL HAIR GROWTH OIL & WIN BARBIE THEME STAYCATION WITH GRAND HYATT HOTEL ” is organised by Veri Group Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser” / “Veri Natural”).The Campaign Period
The “BUY MIN 2 VERI NATURAL HAIR GROWTH OIL & WIN BARBIE THEME STAYCATION WITH GRAND HYATT HOTEL ”(“this Campaign”) shall run from 26 July 2023 – 9 August 2023, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).2.1 Veri Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the Campaign Period's duration and/or commencement and/or expiry dates.
Eligibility
3.1. This Campaign is open to all, issued by Veri Group Sdn Bhd only (“Eligible Participant”) and aged 18 years and above.
3.2. Employees and immediate family members of the Organizers, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the contest.
3.3. The Organizer may, at its sole and absolute discretion, extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice to any party (‘The Extended Period’). Unless an extended period is announced, any entries received after the contest period shall be treated as disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions’), which shall remain in full force and effect.
Prizes & Participation Criteria
4.1 The Eligible Participant will need to shop min. 2 bottles of Hair Growth Oil on our website to participate in this Campaign.
4.2 Multiple submissions are accepted provided it is with a different receipt number with a qualified purchase amount.
The Promotion
5.1. How to participate?
- Purchase at least 2 Veri Natural Hair Growth Oil bottles on our website (www.theverinatural.com).
- Participants must be registered with a valid mobile number and email address.
5.2. Promotion prizes
5.2.1 Purchase at least 2 bottles of Veri Natural Hair Growth Oil & stand a chance to win 2 Days 1 Night Barbie Ultimate Staycation - Barbie Room for 1 (one) eligible winner.
5.3. Winner selection logic
5.3.1. The Organiser to filter all the eligible members who meet the spending criteria and payment platform.
5.3.2. The winner will be announced exclusively on our Telegram channel on 22 August 2023 at 12pm.
5.3.3. The lucky participant will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries received by 26 July 2023 and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizer. Suppose Veri Group Sdn Bhd is unable to contact the lucky participant after several attempts within 3 days from the time deemed by the Organizer, Veri Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel the winner's entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Veri Natural on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
5.3.4. The risks of redeeming prizes are in the hands of the prize winner. The winners bear all relevant costs and expenses to redeem one’s prizes.
5.3.5. The decisions made by the judges/the Organizer are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any medium will not be entertained.
5.3.6. The winner is bound by the terms and conditions of the prize. The acceptance of the prize indicates the acknowledgement and agreement of such terms and conditions.
5.3.7. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept the prize by the winner once informed via Veri Natural when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner and Veri Natural reserves its rights to award the prize to another winner. Any cancellation and/ or refund request once the prize booking has been made is strictly prohibited.
5.3.8. Grand Hyatt Hotel will provide a check-in date for Barbie ultimate staycation package.
5.4. Promotion period
5.4.1. 26 July 2023 (from 12:00am) to 9 August 2023 (up to 11:59pm)
5.5. Promotion of participant eligibility
5.5.1. The Organizer reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the prizes with other items of similar values at any time if the stated prizes are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances without prior written notice. All prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
5.5.2. The visual of the prize in www.verinatural.com or any official promotional materials for this Promotion serve as illustration purposes only.
5.5.3. The prize is used/accepted entirely at the risk of the winners at all times, and the Organizer excludes all responsibility in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
5.5.4. The prize given is on an “as is” basis. The title in the prize and any risk of loss or damage to the prizes is passed to the prize winners upon physical delivery of the prizes to the prize winners. The Organizer, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for the misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss, expenses, costs, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with and/or the prizes associated with this Promotion.
5.6. Other Promotion Details & Terms and Conditions
5.6.1. Veri Natural’s decisions on any matter relating to this Promotion are final and binding on all participants. If any matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions arise, they will be determined solely by Veri Natural.
5.6.2. Veri Natural may change any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this Promotion and extending the Promotion Period. Any such changes will be announced on our website, official Facebook page or Telegram.
5.6.3. By participating in the Promotion, all participants: -
5.6.3.1. consent for Veri Natural to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion; and
5.6.3.2. consent for Veri Natural to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that Veri Natural sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
5.6.3.3. Grant Veri Natural the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose without any payment or compensation
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Promotion.

Terms & Conditions for Barbie Ultimate Staycation Prizes
a) Voucher admits the specified number of person and can only be redeemed on the specified check-in date (check in date will be provided during reservation)b) Vouchers must be presented upon check-in with proper identification.
c) Voucher is per room per night for the specified number of persons. d) Additional charges may apply for additional guest(s). Maximum 3 adults per room.
e) Room, theme and view assignment will be arranged based on availability and at random. No advanced selections are allowed.
f) Room is inclusive of Barbie™ amenities provided on a one-time basis. Standard amenities will be provided for any additional requests.
g) Room is inclusive of a one-time complimentary minibar per stay.
h) In-room Barbie™ merchandises are only for play purposes during the stay. Please contact our Guest Experience Ambassador should you wish to purchase any.
i) Voucher is inclusive of 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) but excludes mandatory government fees and incidental charges.
j) From now until January 01, 2023, Tourism Tax of MYR 10 flat rate per room imposed on all foreign guests will be exempted.
k) Voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, packages, discounts and existing bookings, and is not valid for any loyalty programme benefits.
l) Voucher is non-refundable, non-cancellable, not for commercial use, not redeemable for cash or substitutions for any other products or services other than specified. m) Any unauthorised transfer, sale or reproduction constitutes fraud.
n) Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from use of this voucher and to request alternative forms of payment if this ticket is found to be fraudulently obtained or used.
